Do I need a ticket for my child?
Children aged 12 and under do not require an admission ticket but must be accompanied by an adult and are required to wear a wristband, which can be taken at the box office.
How do I get there?
The closest airport is Pune followed by Mumbai. There are multiple modes of transport from Mumbai and Pune to Lonavala i.e. private cabs, share cabs, AC & Non AC buses. The drop off for all these is Lonavala city.
GS has planned for shuttles from Lonavala city to the venue and back. These shuttles are at specific times and can be added to your ticket as an add on.
Additionally, private cabs are available from Lonavala city. Please note that OLA & UBERs are not permitted to travel to Aamby Valley.
Is there car/bike parking at the event venue?
Yes, there are 2 areas of parking available. General parking and premium parking. Premium parking is much closer to the box office and the event space and is charged at INR 300 per vehicle per day.
What are the event timings?
22nd February – 2 pm to 10 pm
23rd February – 11 am to 9 pm
Is there accommodation/campsite at the venue?
Yes, GS has arranged a camping ground at the Adventure Square, behind the festival space . The camping experience is produced and operated by Adventure Square and GS is just a facilitator.
The same is priced at INR 5500/tent/night on a twin sharing basis. This can be booked on the GS ticketing page.
Dress Code
As the Festival is an open air event held primarily on the airstrip area which comprises of both tarmac and bare ground, flat comfortable shoes and casual clothing is best.
Use of Drones
For everyone’s safety, members of public are not allowed to fly drones at or over the event at any given point in time without the written permission from the organisers. Drones flying without organiser’s written permission will be confiscated immediately.
Eating & Drinking
We have well curated food courts and food trucks along with independent pop up stalls that have everything from sandwiches, burgers and pasties to street food with vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
We have multiple bars that are accessible by everyone and will have all straight spirits like beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, wines and cocktails.
Payments at the event
GS is a totally cashless festival. All payments for food, alcohol, activities, races need to be done through NFC ( Near Field Communication ) tags which are provided on the wrist bands. These can be topped up at any of the top up counters available at the venue. Additionally, these can also be topped up by scanning the QR code on the NFC tag with your phone and making digital payment.
Noise
Motorsport events can be noisy. Ear protection enables all visitors, especially children, to get closer to the action without feeling uncomfortable.
Can I bring my own food and drinks to the event?
No, outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the festival. The festival has well curated, reasonably priced food stalls and bars.
Are there any age restrictions for the races or activities?
You need to be 18 years+ and should hold a valid driving license to take part in any of the driving activities or races
What should I carry to the festival for a hassle-free experience?

Is re-entry allowed if I leave the venue during the event?
Yes, multiple re entries are allowed in the venue as long as you have your wristband intact
Is there a lost and found counter at the festival?
There is not a dedicated lost and found counter at the event but any lost material will be stocked up at the Box Office.
What is the refund policy if I can't attend after purchasing tickets?
There is no refund or transfer for tickets
Are there ATMs or cash withdrawal facilities at the venue?
No, there are no ATMs inside or near the venue. It is best to stack up in Lonavala city. Also note that all kinds of payments viz. Cash, UPI,cards will be accepted at the box office and the top up counters.
Can I register for races or experiences on the spot, or is pre-registration mandatory?
All activities/races except for Time Attack ( Autocross ) can be registered on spot
Are there charging points for phones and gadgets at the venue?
Yes, there are plug points available at lounges, food court and other common areas
What types of vehicles are allowed for participation in races and activities?
All 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers that fit into the specified categories are allowed to take part in the races and activities. Please visit the ticketing site for more information.
Are there family-friendly activities available at the festival?
Yes, there is a family seating pavilion, special parade for families and also a kids zone
How do I get help if I have ticketing or wristband issues during the event?
For any issues related to ticketing or wrist bands, you need to approach the box office or any of the organisers at the venue
